Role & responsibilities
To source Housing loan clients in line with the business plan.
Source & Monitor the loan portfolio conduct loan utilization checks and regular monitoring visits.
Completion of loan contracts by explaining provisions to applicant and ensure documentation.
Preferred candidate profile
-Reliable in current organization
-Valuable communication
-Currently working in mortgages / LAP product line
-Direct business sourcing experience-DSA, connector sourcing experience
