Role Description The Inside Sales Specialist is a full time, on-site role based in Pune City. This role involves managing inbound and outbound calls, qualifying leads, and converting prospects into customers for Airattix's storage, parking, and fulfillment solutions. The specialist will follow up on inquiries, maintain accurate records in the CRM, and coordinate with operations and customer support teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.

Daily responsibilities include understanding customer needs, presenting suitable space options, addressing questions, and supporting customers through the booking process. The role also includes meeting sales targets, providing feedback to improve sales processes, and contributing to a positive, collaborative team environment.

Qualifications - Strong Inside Sales and Lead Generation skills, with experience in converting inquiries into successful bookings.




Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills, with a focus on building trust and long-term relationships.
Excellent Communication skills, including transparent verbal and written communication in en_US and local languages as applicable.
Prior experience in B2C or marketplace-based sales, preferably in real estate, logistics, or tech-enabled platforms.
Ability to work in office in Pune City, manage multiple leads simultaneously, and use CRM or sales tools effectively.
Goal-oriented mindset, strong problem-solving abilities, and a proactive approach to learning and process improvement.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred; relevant experience may substitute for formal education.
