- Align with Program Manager and individual Digital Delivery leads of the Delivery roadmap and plans.
- Serve as a liaison between offshore dev team and onshore Program team.
- Help Track committed deliverables with offshore teams, escalate any Risks, issues with Program Manager and individual Delivery leads.
- Ensure Quality standards, best coding practices and security guidelines and adhered to..
- Provide clear and timely communications to Program.
- Manage and provide visibility in Teams holidays and coverage plans.
- Foster a collaborative, productive environment across remote teams.
Qualification & Requirements
- Proven experience managing offshore or distributed project teams
- Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum or hybrid project management methodologies
- Excellent communication, coordination, stakeholder management skills
- Robust problem solving and decision-making abilities.
- PMP or Agile certification
- Hands on experience with project management tools like Jira, confluence
- Experience working across multiple time zones and cultures
