- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team to enhance productivity and quality.
- Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster professional growth.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of project objectives and deliverables.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Amazon Redshift, AWS Administration.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with AWS Administration.
- Robust knowledge of database design, data warehousing concepts, and query optimization techniques.
- Experience in managing and maintaining cloud-based data platforms with a focus on scalability and security.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex data issues and implement effective solutions in a timely manner.
- Familiarity with scripting and automation to streamline data workflows and operational tasks.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Amazon Redshift.
