Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Accountant with 2–3 years of experience and strong expertise in GST, TDS, and statutory compliance. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial records, handling tax filings, and ensuring compliance with applicable regulations. Candidates must be based in or preferably from the Ernakulam district. Immediate joiners are strongly preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day accounting and financial records
- Prepare and finalize financial statements
- Handle GST filings (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, ITC reconciliation, registrations)
- Manage TDS compliance (calculation, returns, Form 16/16A issuance)
- Oversee ROC filings (AOC-4, MGT-7, statutory registers)
- Perform bank reconciliations and ledger verification
- Support audits and maintain proper documentation
- Coordinate with CA/CS for statutory compliance
Requirements:
- B.Com or related degree
- 2–3 years of relevant accounting experience
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and ROC filings
- Experience with Tally, Zoho, or similar accounting tools
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Must be based in or preferably from Ernakulam district
