Manager – Debt Recovery & Legal Liaison (Real Estate)

Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive qualified to handle debt recovery and legal coordination for real estate projects. This role involves both office and extensive field work, including client visits, site follow-ups, and coordination with legal stakeholders. The candidate will play a key role in ensuring timely collections and supporting legal actions in default cases.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end debt recovery for overdue real estate accounts
- Conduct field visits to customer residences, offices, and project sites for collections and follow-ups
- Engage with defaulting customers to negotiate and close outstanding payments
- Coordinate with legal counsel on cases involving payment defaults and disputes
- Assist in drafting and issuing legal notices, demand letters, and recovery documents
- Track legal cases and maintain proper documentation
- Work closely with internal teams (sales, CRM, finance) for issue resolution
- Ensure compliance with real estate regulations and company policies
- Maintain MIS reports on collections and legal case status
- Support property registration and documentation where required





Required Qualifications & Experience

- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Commerce, Business Administration, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in debt recovery / collections (real estate preferred)
- Experience in field collections / on-ground recovery is essential
- Basic understanding of legal recovery processes and documentation
- Strong negotiation and communication skills

Mandatory Requirements

- Willingness to travel extensively for field work
- Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license
- Comfortable handling difficult customer interactions in person

Preferred Qualifications

- LLB or legal exposure is an advantage
- Experience with real estate developers or property firms
- Knowledge of RERA and property registration processes

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
