We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Procurement Executive with 0–2 years of experience in procurement within the Construction, Real Estate, or Managed Office sectors. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing materials, negotiating with vendors, managing purchase orders, ensuring timely deliveries, and optimizing procurement costs while maintaining quality standards.

- Source and procure construction materials, interior fit-out materials, office furniture, MEP items, and other project-related requirements.
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard reliable vendors and suppliers.
- Obtain quotations, compare pricing, and negotiate favorable commercial terms.
- Prepare and process purchase orders in line with project requirements and company policies.
- Coordinate with project, engineering, finance, and operations teams to understand procurement needs and delivery schedules.




- Track orders and ensure timely delivery of materials to project sites.
- Maintain vendor databases, procurement records, contracts, and documentation.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment to avoid project delays.
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies, contractual obligations, and quality standards.
- Resolve supplier-related issues, including delivery delays, quality concerns, and invoice discrepancies.
- Analyze procurement costs and identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with suppliers to support long-term business objectives.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.63 per month
