- Experience in Automation framework design and implementation according to project structure.

- Determining the scope of test automation, Selecting and using the right tool for automation.

- Documenting test plans, test designs, and test strategies.

- Automating and executing the development of the test script

- Analyzing and generating test report

- Excellent documentation and analysis skills – Requirement analysis, test cases, defect reports, test execution reports.

- Good understanding of the software development life cycle as well as the business approach for the product.

- Positive in Analytical skills and Decision making ability.

Responsibilities

Qualifications/Criteria's

- Own the stability of the entire product suite in production
- Formulate, execute, and manage the strategy of testing new releases going to production. Both manual & automated testing included
- Constantly evaluate new automated testing mechanisms and diversify to improve efficiency and coverage




- Identify & track the test coverage or equivalent metric to measure & improve the effectiveness of tests
- Manage the QA team and function. Own hiring and professional growth of individuals.
- Contribute to the roadmap formation and own team alignment & bandwidth allocation.

- **Should have scored 70% & above in 10th and 12th grade.
- Total 9+ years of experience in managing and leading QA teams across various areas of Quality functions
- Proven analytical skills, root-cause analysis skills, problem-solving skills, decision-making skills.
- Knowledge of JAVA/Python/ SELENIUM/CUCUMBER
- Knowledge of SQL database is a must
- Hands on experience in automation framework design and development
- Good to have - knowledge of Jmeter, CI/CD of Automation testing
- Automation experience (test, integration, build/release) in a distributed environment.
- Experience with using REST API and testing
