We're Hiring: Social Media Executive (EdTech Startup)

Location: Iyyappanthangal, Chennai
Job Type: Full-Time | Work from Office
Experience: 1–3 Years

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan, create, schedule, and publish content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other social media platforms.
- Coordinate with the Content, Design, and Video teams to deliver engaging campaigns.
- Monitor audience engagement, respond to messages/comments, and build our online community.
- Stay updated with social media trends and platform algorithms.
- Track performance metrics and prepare weekly/monthly reports.
- Support promotional campaigns for workshops, events, and product launches.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.




- 1–3 years of experience in Social Media Management or Digital Marketing.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms and content strategies.
- Excellent communication skills in Tamil and English.
- Familiarity with Meta Business Suite, Canva, Google Sheets, and AI tools is an added advantage.
- Creative, proactive, and passionate about digital marketing.
