We are seeking a skilled and proactive Assistant Manager – US Taxation to manage tax engagements, oversee compliance processes, and support client advisory while ensuring high-quality deliverables and team efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee and review preparation and filing of Forms 1040, 1120, and 1065 for individuals, corporations, and partnerships
- Manage the end-to-end tax compliance process, including data gathering, validation, and analysis
- Ensure timely and accurate filing of federal and state tax returns
- Provide tax planning and advisory support to optimize client tax positions
- Handle client queries, tax notices, and coordinate responses with tax authorities




- Mentor and review work of junior team members to ensure quality and accuracy
- Stay updated with changes in US tax laws and ensure compliance across engagements
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver integrated and efficient client services

Qualifications

- CA / CPA / Inter CA

Requirements

- 4+ years of experience in US Taxation
- Strong hands-on experience with Forms 1040, 1120, and 1065
- Good understanding of federal and state tax regulations
- Experience with tax software and MS Excel
- Robust analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication and client management abilities
- Prior experience in team handling or reviewing work is preferred
