Job Description – Automation & AI Associate

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly analytical and creative Automation & AI Associate to streamline business operations by leveraging Artificial Intelligence and automation tools. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in automating business processes, managing and transforming data, creating AI-powered workflows, and improving operational efficiency.

Knowledge of Zoho CRM or similar CRM platforms is preferred. The primary focus of this role is implementing AI-driven automation solutions across various business functions.

Key Responsibilities

AI & Process Automation

- Design, implement, and maintain AI-powered automation workflows across different business functions.
- Identify repetitive manual tasks and automate them using AI and no-code/low-code automation platforms.
- Build intelligent workflows to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual effort.
- Integrate AI tools into existing business processes for enhanced productivity.
- Evaluate and implement emerging AI technologies to optimize business operations.

Data Management & Analytics

- Collect, clean, organize, and automate data processing from multiple sources.
- Develop automated dashboards and reports for business insights.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security across systems.
- Create automated reporting mechanisms for management.

CRM & Business Applications

- Work with Zoho CRM (or similar CRM platforms) to automate workflows, lead management,



and reporting.
- Support CRM customization and process optimization.
- Integrate CRM with third-party tools wherever required.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

- Collaborate with HR, Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Management teams to understand automation requirements.
- Train internal teams on newly implemented automation processes and AI tools.
- Document automation workflows, SOPs, and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 2–6 years of experience in AI automation, workflow automation, business process automation, or digital transformation.
- Strong understanding of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Google Gemini, Claude, or similar AI platforms.
- Experience of data analysis using Excel, Google Sheets, SQL, or BI tools.
- Understanding of APIs and system integrations.
- Knowledge of Zoho CRM or any CRM platform.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in AI prompt engineering and AI workflow optimization.
- Familiarity with Python or scripting for automation is a plus.
- Experience with OCR, document automation, or AI-based data extraction tools.
- Knowledge of business intelligence and dashboarding tools such as Power BI or Looker Studio.
- Understanding of cloud-based automation platforms.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
