Account Manager – US Staffing Key Responsibilities

- Manage and grow existing client accounts in the US staffing sector.
- Build and maintain robust client relationships.
- Understand client staffing needs and provide tailored staffing solutions.
- Coordinate with recruiting teams to ensure timely delivery of qualified candidates.
- Negotiate contract terms and conditions with clients.
- Monitor client satisfaction and address any issues promptly.
- Prepare and present regular account status reports to senior management.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Account Manager, Business Development Manager, or Client Relationship Manager in the US Staffing industry.




- Strong understanding of the US recruitment and staffing lifecycle.
- Experience handling direct clients and managing key accounts.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Existing portfolio of active clients or a strong client network.
- Proven track record of revenue generation and account growth.
- Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple client accounts effectively.
