Job Title: Graphic Designer

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹40,000/month (Based on Experience)

About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to create engaging designs for digital and print media. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of branding, social media creatives, marketing campaigns, and visual storytelling.

Key Responsibilities

- Design social media posts, reels thumbnails, banners, and ad creatives.
- Create branding materials such as logos, brochures, flyers, standees, menus, and packaging.
- Design marketing collaterals for digital and offline campaigns.
- Develop creatives for Meta Ads, Google Ads, and website banners.
- Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to execute campaigns.
- Ensure brand consistency across all designs.
- Edit and enhance product images for marketing.
- Prepare print-ready files for production.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends and creative tools.
- Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of Adobe Photoshop,



Illustrator, and CorelDRAW.
- Experience with Adobe InDesign (preferred).
- Basic knowledge of After Effects or Premiere Pro is an advantage.
- Understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and branding.
- Knowledge of print production and digital design standards.
- Ability to create modern, clean, and engaging designs.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in graphic design.
- Portfolio showcasing branding, social media, and marketing creatives.

Preferred Skills

- Experience working in a digital marketing agency.
- Knowledge of AI design tools such as Adobe Firefly or ChatGPT.
- Basic video editing and motion graphics knowledge.
- UI/UX design knowledge is a plus.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
