Job Summary
NCorp Infratech Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage the company's day-to-day financial operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in real estate accounting, be proficient in Tally, and possess robust knowledge of bookkeeping, taxation, and financial reporting. Real estate accountants commonly manage AP/AR, reconciliations, financial records, and project-related transactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain day-to-day accounts in Tally Prime/ERP.
- Record and reconcile all financial transactions.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable.
- Prepare GST returns, TDS, and other statutory compliances.
- Perform bank reconciliations and maintain ledgers.
- Generate monthly MIS reports and financial statements.
- Handle vendor payments, invoices, and expense tracking.
- Maintain project-wise accounting records for real estate transactions.
- Assist in audits and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
- Coordinate with management for budgeting and financial planning.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.
- Minimum 3 years of accounting experience (Real Estate industry preferred).
- Strong knowledge of Tally Prime, MS Excel, and GST/TDS.
- Good understanding of bookkeeping and financial reporting.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in real estate project accounting.
- Knowledge of RERA-related accounting will be an added advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
