Job Summary: Mahadhan Phosphate Private Limited is hiring a complete, full-time operations team for our Fertilizer Manufacturing Plant located at 10-D Industrial Area, Dewas (M.P.).
We need a Team of 5 to 7 Plant Personnel along with 1 Experienced JCB Driver to manage our entire production line—from handling raw material stockpiles to final packaging and loading. We provide Free Food and Accommodation at the plant site.
Positions & Salary Packages: Plant Operations Team (5 to 7 Vacancies) Role: Production Engineers, Machine Operators, and Technicians. Total Team Package: Around ₹1.5 Lakhs per month (distributed among the team based on role and experience). JCB Driver (1 Vacancy)
Role: Managing raw material piles and feeding the hopper. Salary: ₹15,000 to ₹20,000 per month (based on experience).
Complete Plant Workflow & Responsibilities: The entire hired team (including the JCB Driver) will work collaboratively to manage the following process:
Raw Material Feeding: The JCB Driver will manage the raw material stockpiles and continuously load the material into the Mix Hopper.
Material Conveying: The operators will monitor the continuous material flow running via Conveyor Belts. Thermal Processing:
Safely operating the Furnace to ensure the material passes through the required temperature zones smoothly.
Crushing &Granulation;: Operating the Crusher for grinding and the Rotary Drum to form high-quality fertilizer granules .
Grading & Packing:
Managing the Screening Machine for product sizing, followed by final Bagging, Stitching/Sealing , and moving bags for final Loading.
Maintenance: Conducting routine checks, lubrication, and basic troubleshooting of conveyor belts and rotational machinery to prevent downtime.
Required Skills & Qualifications: For Plant Operators / Engineers: Diploma/B.Tech in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering, or ITI (Fitter/Turner) / Equivalent industrial experience.
1 to 4 years of experience in chemical, fertilizer, or cement plants preferred.
For JCB Driver: Must hold a valid Commercial Heavy Motor Vehicle (HMV) / Loader Driving License with 2+ years of experience operating a JCB in industrial plants or material yards.
Ability to work in rotational shifts and coordinate smoothly as a single unit.
