Job Responsibilities

- Design machine assemblies and sub-assemblies using 3D CAD software.

- Maintain machine components, fabricated parts, and purchased parts changes according to project requirements.

- Prepare detailed manufacturing drawings, assembly drawings, and fabrication drawings with GD&T; and welding details.

- Generate and maintain Engineering Bill of Materials (EBOM) and Manufacturing BOM (MBOM).

- Create and maintain part numbers, revision history, and engineering documentation.

- Enter, update, and maintain BOMs, drawings, and engineering data in the ERP system.

- Maintain proper document control in both the ERP.

- Prepare process drawings, product drawings, and assembly documentation for manufacturing.

- Ensure designs are optimized for manufacturing, machining, fabrication,



and assembly.

- Assist in recent product development (NPD) and existing product enhancement projects.

Required Skills

- Proficiency in Solid Edge / SolidWorks or equivalent 3D CAD software.

- Good knowledge of machine design, fabrication, machining, and hydraulic systems.

- Experience in preparing manufacturing drawings and BOMs.

- Knowledge of ERP systems for BOM and document management.

- Understanding of manufacturing processes such as CNC machining, welding, sheet metal, and assembly.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
