Role Summary:

The Head of Enterprise Resource Planning will lead end-to-end implementation and ongoing utilization of the Byte Elephants Cloud ERP platform across our factory and retail outlets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Act as primary point of contact (SPOC) for all ERP-related activities.
- Ensure smooth transition from existing system, including data migration, validation, and user adoption; this includes training users, troubleshooting,



providing enhancements, and support.
- Work closely with Production, QC, Stores, Procurement, Finance, and Retail teams to ensure accurate process mapping and documentation of relevant data.
- Monitor implementation progress, track project milestones, and provide regular updates to management.
- Develop MIS reports and dashboards to support business decisions.
- Drive change by identifying opportunities to improve business processes and maximising ERP utilization.

Desired Profile

- At least 5 years of ERP implementation and support experience in manufacturing, F&B;, or FMCG industries; hands-on experience in SAP, Oracle, or Dynamic365.
- Strong understanding of production, inventory, procurement, retail, and finance processes.
- Excellent project management, analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,100,000.00 per year
