Role Purpose:
Fully responsible for sales at an assigned project site — site visits, negotiation, closing — and guides the Jr. Sales Executive on-site.
Key Responsibilities:
● Handle site visits and present the project to customers
● Negotiate and close bookings
● Coach and supervise the Jr. Sales Executive at the same site
● Keep site inventory/unit availability updated
● Update the CRM daily
Required Skills:
Solid closing skills, real estate sales experience, comfortable working independently at a site with a small team.
