- Analyze complex datasets and deliver strategic business recommendations
- Develop advanced SQL queries and scalable analytical solutions
- Perform advanced data analysis using Python (Pandas)
- Build and maintain dashboards, reporting frameworks, and analytical models
- Conduct root cause analysis and drive data-backed decision-making
- Gather business requirements and recommend process improvements
- Lead end-to-end analytical projects and present insights to senior stakeholders
- Mentor junior analysts and establish analytical best practices
Required Skills:
- Strong SQL and Python (Pandas)
- Google Sheets and Looker
- Experience with data visualization tools
- Strong stakeholder management and data storytelling skills
- Business acumen and structured problem-solving
- Ability to independently lead analytical projects in ambiguous environments
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Good to Have:
- Knowledge of A/B Testing and basic Machine Learning
- Experience with Shell Scripting
- API integration and data extraction
- Experience mentoring analysts or leading analytical workstreams
