Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 6 months to 1 year of accounting experience and a valuable understanding of accounting principles, bookkeeping, and financial documentation. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, processing transactions, and supporting the finance team in day-to-day accounting operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain and update financial records and accounting entries.
- Record daily transactions, receipts, and payments.
- Prepare invoices, vouchers, and purchase/sales entries.
- Reconcile bank statements and company accounts.
- Assist in preparing GST, TDS, and other statutory filings (if applicable).
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Prepare financial reports and expense statements.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external auditors when required.

Requirements





- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field (B.Com preferred).
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in accounting or finance.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and taxation.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software such as Tally, Zoho Books, or Busy.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good communication and time management skills.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with GST filing and bank reconciliation.
- Familiarity with ERP or accounting software.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
