Experience: 1–4 years of business development or sales experience in interior fit-outs, design-build firms, architecture services, or related industries.

A. Achieve Sales and Revenue Targets

- Respond promptly to new leads, qualify prospects, recommend suitable solutions, prepare proposals, and convert opportunities into customers through the approved sales process.
- Negotiate and close sales, ensure smooth project handover, and maintain accurate CRM records while complying with all sales policies and procedures.

B. Ensure Sales Process, CRM, and Policy Compliance

- Manage the complete sales lifecycle through Zoho CRM and Zoho Bookings, including scheduling meetings, updating customer interactions, and maintaining accurate customer records.
- Adhere to CRM workflows, organizational policies, and use only approved communication channels for all customer interactions.

C. Build Robust Customer Relationships

- Build and maintain strong customer relationships,



ensure smooth project handover, and coordinate with internal teams to deliver an excellent customer experience.
- Conduct regular customer follow-ups to drive repeat business and referrals while contributing to individual and team sales targets.

D. Continuously Develop Professional Competencies

- Complete all assigned training, e-learning, and role-play programs while continuously enhancing sales, CRM, product, and interior design knowledge.
- Develop professional skills and competencies to support career growth and future advancement within the organization.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
