We are looking for a confident and energetic Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent spoken English, strong communication skills, and experience in lead generation. The role involves identifying potential customers, generating leads, and converting them into business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate qualified leads through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, and other channels.
- Contact potential customers and introduce the company's products and services.
- Qualify leads and schedule meetings or product demonstrations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients.
- Follow up with leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Achieve monthly lead generation and sales targets.
- Update lead information and sales activities in the company's records.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Minimum 6 months of experience in sales or lead generation.
- Excellent spoken English is mandatory.
- Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
- Confident in making outbound calls and handling client conversations.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to learn.
Eligibility
- Candidates must be from Ghaziabad or nearby locations.
- Must have their own conveyance for daily travel to the office.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
Job Type: Full time (On-site)
Salary: ₹20,000 per month + Performance-Based Incentives
Pay: ₹9,810.40 - ₹25,000.00 per month
