ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: KRAs - Participate in all current product development activities from launch stage onwards.
Attend and contribute in Design Reviews to ensure quality requirements are addressed.
Review DFMEA, PFMEA, and Design Validation Plan & Report (DVP&R;) activities.
Identify potential risks during product development and ensure mitigation actions are tracked and closed.
Review supplier quality activities related to recent product development including PPAP, validation, and process capability studies.
Ensure implementation of lessons learned and continual quality improvements.
Ensure product and process quality compliance during development stage.
Drive corrective and preventive actions for identified quality concerns in recent product.
GENERAL/SPECIAL RESPONSIBILITIES (review) - Support internal audits, customer PPAP audits.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE - Bachelor’s Degree in / Electrical / Electronics Engineering or related field.
Knowledge of AI use.
