About the Role-
We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Non-IT Recruiter to join our growing recruitment team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Non-IT recruitment or staffing and be passionate about talent acquisition.
Note: Candidates with IT recruitment experience are not eligible for this role. We are specifically looking for professionals with Non-IT recruitment experience only.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment for Non-IT positions across various industries.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers/clients.
Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Maintain candidate databases and ensure timely updates in the recruitment tracker.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified Non-IT candidates.
Meet recruitment targets and turnaround time (TAT) for assigned positions.
Eligibility Criteria
Experience: 6 months to 2 years in Non-IT recruitment or internal recruitment.
Experience in the staffing/recruitment industry is preferred.
Candidates should have worked on hiring for Non-IT roles only.
Candidates with IT recruitment experience (full time or predominantly IT hiring) are not eligible to apply.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Preferred Skills
Solid sourcing and screening skills.
Positive understanding of recruitment lifecycle.
Experience using job portals such as Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.
Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills.
