Marathi (spoken and written) is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities - Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of field sales executives/advisors.
Drive team performance to consistently achieve and exceed sales targets.
Conduct regular coaching sessions, training programs, and performance reviews.
Monitor daily sales activities and ensure effective execution of sales strategies.
Support team members in lead generation, client acquisition, and relationship management.




Build and maintain solid relationships with customers and channel partners.
Identify new business opportunities and contribute to market expansion in Solapur and nearby areas.
Track team productivity and ensure adherence to company policies and compliance requirements.
Prepare and share regular sales performance reports with management.
