Key Responsibilities - Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, chat, and social media.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products or services.
Convert inbound leads into successful sales through effective communication and relationship building.
Resolve customer queries, complaints, and concerns promptly and professionally.
Maintain robust relationships with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and retention.

Required Skills & Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
1–3 years of experience in Customer Success and Customer Support
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Solid interpersonal and relationship management skills.
Ability to handle multiple customer interactions efficiently.
Customer-centric attitude with strong problem-solving abilities.
Basic knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Excel is preferred.
