Job Title: TPA Marketing Executive

Location: Eden Critical Care Hospital, Chandigarh

Experience: 1–3 Years (Hospital Industry Preferred)

Qualification: Graduate in any discipline (MBA in Marketing/Healthcare Management preferred)

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented TPA Marketing Executive to develop and maintain strong relationships with Third Party Administrators (TPAs), insurance companies, corporate clients, and healthcare partners. The candidate will be responsible for increasing patient referrals, strengthening business relationships, and expanding the hospital’s TPA network.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain relationships with TPAs, insurance companies, and corporate clients.
Visit TPA offices and corporate organizations to promote hospital services.
Generate recent business opportunities and increase patient referrals.
Coordinate with the hospital’s billing, TPA, and operations teams for smooth claim processing.
Follow up on empanelment prospects with TPAs and insurance companies.




Resolve TPA-related issues by coordinating with internal departments.
Prepare daily visit reports and marketing activity reports.
Participate in marketing campaigns, health camps, and promotional activities.
Achieve monthly business development targets.

Requirements
1–3 years of experience in TPA/Insurance/Hospital Marketing.
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Solid knowledge of hospital TPA processes and insurance coordination.
Willingness to travel for field visits.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
