Role Summary:

DATA Analysis Operator is Support to PSM department by providing all necessary documents, making various reports which will help to achieve the production target & Goals.
Key responsibilities and activities include, but is not limited to: Responsible for the verification and inserting of key figures in Production reports
Participating in the preparation of key figures for top management meeting.
Provide attendance data & OT data to HR.
Prepared Graph for both PSM shop floor & admin Obeya Room.
Cross checked all log-sheets and logbooks actual vs mentioned, also PSM production report.
Responsible for making shift wise, daily, weekly & monthly rejection trend ( PSM losses report)
Responsible for checking over production.




To receive handover report from warehouse and cross check it & mail final handover report
PSM down time summary with graph.
To prepare PSM ISO documents with graph, also update & maintain ISO documents.
Raw wool input/output & PSM key figure monthly report.
Active participation & making data of various trials reports to improve ME & productivity of PSM department.

Education

Minimum: - B. Com /BSC /Diploma with 5 Years experience or equivalent (Technical background)

Other

Working experience in Manufacturing organization
