Roles and Responsibility
Lead and manage a team of customer service agents to achieve performance excellence.
Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and reduce complaints.
Conduct regular reviews and provide feedback to team members to enhance their performance.
Manage and resolve complex customer issues and escalations in a timely manner.
Analyze and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement.
Coach and train team members to develop their skills and knowledge.

Job Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in a team leadership role, preferably in an international voice process setting.
Robust leadership and management skills,



with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with team members and customers.
Ability to analyze data and reports to inform business decisions and drive improvements.
Robust problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to handle difficult situations effectively.
Experience with KPI tracking and reporting, focusing on driving continuous improvement.
