We are looking for a technology learning leader to drive the strategy and delivery of technical capability development across the engineering organization.

Key Responsibilities:
Define and implement the Technology Academy strategy and learning framework.
Design technical learning pathways for software engineering, cloud, AI, DevOps, cybersecurity, and architecture.
Partner with Technology leaders to identify capability gaps and future skills.
Build competency frameworks, certification programs, and career development pathways.
Leverage Learning Management Systems (LMS) and up-to-date learning technologies to deliver engaging learning experiences.
Measure learning effectiveness and continuously improve programs.

Requirements:
Proven experience leading Learning & Development in a Technology workplace.
Experience at Head/Director level in Technical Learning or Capability Development.
Robust background in designing and implementing enterprise learning strategies.
Hands-on experience with LMS platforms and digital learning technologies.
Excellent stakeholder management, consulting, and communication skills.
