Responsible for order verification process & Co-ordination with internal and external customers
Robust knowledge on ERP usage and order booking in ERP
Prepare dispatch plan
Maintaining Documentation process
Preferred candidate profile
Adequate knowledge on Advance MS Excel.
Must have atleast two year of direct customer service experiences.
Valuable experiences on order management and customer service principles and practices.
Must have an in-depth knowledge of products and services offered.
