Roles & Responsibilites
Lead and manage the branch team (FLS, Unit Managers, and support staff).
Conduct daily huddles, weekly performance reviews, and monthly appraisals.
Provide coaching, field support, and handholding to improve productivity.
Build robust relationships with customers, partners, and local influencers.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual branch business targets.
Drive lead generation, sales activation, and market development initiatives.
Conduct joint field visits with team members to support conversions.
Ensure high-quality customer service and quick resolution of escalations.
Maintain high persistency by monitoring renewals and retention activities.
Ensure adherence to IRDAI guidelines and internal compliance processes.
Maintain audit readiness and ensure process hygiene in documentation.
Oversee day-to-day branch operations and administrative responsibilities.
Review business MIS, dashboards, and key performance indicators regularly.
Ensure manning as per requirement and support hiring and training activities.
Coordinate with HR, Training, Operations, and Regional Leadership for branch needs.
