Role Overview:

The HR Generalist Recruitment (white collar & Blue Collar), Budget exercise, employee engagement, HR operations, compliance, HRMS and audits.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage Recruitment (White Collar + Blue Collar), HR Operations, Budget exercise, HR Compliances, Training & Development.
Execute and monitor HR policies and processes to ensure consistency and compliance
Support payroll processing, attendance, leave management, and related HR operations
Oversee administration, statutory compliances, and liaise with regulatory bodies as needed
Working knowledge of HRIS systems for effective data management and reporting
Coordinate and implement employee communication, welfare activities, and grievance resolution




Work collaboratively with plant and functional teams to align HR practices with business needs
Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations using Excel and PowerPoint for internal stakeholders

Candidate Requirements:
MBA in Human Resources or Masters in social science
5 years of HR generalist experience
Robust knowledge of labor laws, statutory compliances, and audit processes
Proven experience in managing end-to-end HR operations, policy implementation, and employee lifecycle
Working knowledge of HRIS systems
Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and solid analytical abilities
Preferable language- Marathi, Hindi & English
Manufacturing experience is mandatory.Role & responsibilities
