Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated English Teacher to join our academic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging English lessons, developing students' reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills, and creating a positive learning environment that supports academic excellence and personal growth.

Key Responsibilities
Plan, prepare, and deliver effective English language and literature lessons.
Develop lesson plans aligned with the curriculum and learning objectives.
Assess and monitor student progress through assignments, tests, and classroom activities.
Provide constructive feedback to help students improve their language skills.
Foster a positive, inclusive, and engaging classroom workplace.
Encourage critical thinking, creativity, and effective communication.
Maintain accurate student attendance, grades, and performance records.
Communicate regularly with parents or guardians regarding student progress.
Participate in staff meetings, career development programs, and school events.
Ensure classroom discipline and adherence to school policies.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in English, Education, or a related field.




Teaching certification or license (as required by local regulations).
Previous teaching experience is preferred.
Excellent command of spoken and written English.
Strong classroom management and communication skills.
Proficiency in educational technology and digital learning tools is an advantage.
