Design Development (In-House Projects)-
Develop concept and detailed designs aligned with project and regulatory requirements.
Prepare construction documentation drawings, specifications, and 3D views.
Coordinate with team leads and cross-functional stakeholders.
Optimize designs for quality and cost-effectiveness.

Documentation & Compliance-
Ensure design documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant with codes and approvals.
Liaise with authorities for permits and regulatory clearances.

Project Coordination (Consultant Projects)-
Coordinate with consultants, engineers, and contractors to uphold design intent.
Conduct site visits, resolve RFIs, and participate in design reviews.
Advocate for sustainable and cutting-edge design practices.

Technical Support-
Research design trends, materials, and technologies.
Maintain design standards and provide technical support to project teams.

QUALIFICATION:-
Bachelors or masters degree in architecture from an accredited institution.
5+ years of architectural experience preferably within the hiring firms field.
Understanding and knowledge of building codes, zoning regulations, building construction, building systems and site requirements.
The ideal candidate should have knowledge of software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, Lumion,Excel, and Word.
