About the Role:

We are looking for highly motivated interns to join our Transaction Advisory Division for a 3- 6month internship.

As an intern, you will work closely with senior consultants, assisting in various engagements across core industries and manufacturing setups in India. This is an excellent prospect to gain hands-on experience in technical due diligence, market research, commercial due diligence, fixed asset valuation (P&M;), and business plan review.

Key Responsibilities:
Support senior team members in conducting technical and commercial due diligence for industrial and manufacturing clients.
Assist in market research and industry analysis to evaluate investment prospects.
Participate in fixed asset valuation of plant and machinery (P&M;), analyzing asset condition and economic life.
Contribute to business plan reviews, assessing financial projections and strategic growth plans.
Gather, analyze, and interpret data to support transaction advisory reports and client presentations.
Conduct site visits (if required)



to assess manufacturing setups, operational efficiency, and risk factors.

Who should Apply:

• Pursuing an MBA in Finance, Marketing, or Operations, with a background in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Electronics, or Chemical).

• Robust analytical skills and a keen interest in manufacturing, industrial sectors, and transaction advisory.

• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and research tools.

• Ability to work in a quick-paced environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
