Responsibilities
Conduct live product demos and walkthroughs for prospective clients and existing users.
Explain Kraya s features and workflows in a simple, transparent, and engaging manner.
Support customers by resolving common usage queries ( How do I ) via calls, email, or chat.
Act as a bridge between customers and the product team, sharing feedback and feature requests.
Proactively engage with new customers to ensure smooth onboarding and adoption.
Collaborate with the sales team to assist in pre-sales conversations when needed.
Maintain knowledge base / FAQs to reduce repetitive queries.
