About the Role:
We are looking for a agile and result-oriented Business Development Executive to drive client acquisition and business growth for our recruitment consultancy. The ideal candidate should be passionate about sales, possess excellent communication skills, and have the ability to identify and convert current business opportunities across various industries.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate new business leads through cold calling, networking, email campaigns, social media, references, and other lead generation activities.

Identify and acquire clients across industries such as IT, ITES, Manufacturing, Healthcare, Retail, Logistics, Engineering, BFSI, and other sectors.

Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients.





Schedule meetings and presentations with decision-makers, HR professionals, and business leaders.

Understand client hiring requirements and propose suitable recruitment solutions.

Negotiate commercial terms and close business deals.
Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.

Coordinate with the recruitment team to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction.

Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, proposals, and closures in CRM systems.

Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify current business opportunities.

Represent the company at networking events, business meetings, and industry forums.
