Your Profile - Skills Required :
912 years of hands-on experience in SAP HCM with strong expertise in SAP Payroll.
Extensive experience in SAP Payroll configuration, including Wage Types, Schemas, PCRs, Features, and Infotypes.
Strong knowledge of Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM), and Time Management (TM).Experience in payroll processing, retroactive accounting, off-cycle payroll, payroll reconciliation, and year-end activities.
Good understanding of statutory compliance, taxation, and payroll regulatory requirements.Experience integrating SAP Payroll with SAP Finance (FI), SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP), and third-party systems.
Hands-on experience in preparing Functional Specifications and coordinating with technical/ABAP teams.
Robust troubleshooting, debugging, and production support skills for payroll-related issues.
Experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) and Employee Central integration is preferred.
Proven ability to lead workshops, gather business requirements,



and deliver payroll solutions.
Excellent stakeholder management, client-facing, and communication skills.
Experience leading teams and mentoring junior consultants.
SAP HCM Payroll or SuccessFactors Certification is an added advantage.Solid analytical, problem-solving, and project delivery skills.
Exposure to Agile and Waterfall project methodologies.
