Role & responsibilities
Lead and monitor collection and recovery operations across assigned regions/divisions to achieve collection efficiency targets.
Manage and develop collection teams, ensuring high performance, productivity, and compliance with company policies.
Control delinquency, PAR, and NPA levels through effective recovery strategies and portfolio monitoring
Analyze collection performance MIS and implement action plans to improve recoveries and reduce losses
Preferred candidate profile
Graduate/Postgraduate with 712 years of experience in Collections, Recovery, Credit Operations, or Portfolio Management.
Proven experience in managing multi-branch/regional collection teams and achieving collection efficiency targets
