Role & responsibilities :
Manage and support daily branch operations to ensure smooth functioning.
Assist the Branch Head in achieving business targets, sales growth, and collection efficiency.
Drive Gold Loan business by acquiring recent customers and maintaining existing relationships.
Ensure proper handling of loan processing, documentation, verification, and disbursement activities.
Monitor branch performance and support the team in achieving assigned goals.
Handle customer queries and provide effective solutions to improve customer satisfaction.
Coordinate with internal teams for operational activities and compliance requirements.
Maintain accurate reports related to branch operations, business performance, and customer activities.
Ensure adherence to company policies, processes, and regulatory guidelines.

Preferred Candidate Profile:




Graduate/Postgraduate candidates from any discipline.
Candidates with 2 to 5 years of experience in Banking, NBFC, Gold Loan, or Financial Services preferred.
Solid knowledge of branch operations and customer relationship management.
Experience in sales, business development, and target achievement.
Positive communication, leadership, and team-handling skills.
Ability to manage branch activities independently and take ownership of responsibilities.
