Role & Responsibilities:
Develop high-quality, scalable, and enterprise-grade applications using Core Java.
Participate in the full software development lifecycle: design, development, testing, and deployment.
Ensure software compliance with security, performance, and scalability standards.
Manage version control and release of software components with proper documentation.
Liaise effectively with internal teams, external customers, and vendors for technical support.
Conduct unit testing, regression testing, and support during integration/UAT phases.
Continuously explore and propose current technologies to improve software solutions.

Preferred Candidate Profile:
10+ years of hands-on software development experience in Core Java.
Solid understanding of enterprise-grade application design, performance, and scalability.
Experience in software versioning, deployment, and documentation.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Proactive in learning recent technologies and improving development processes.
