Counsellor Centre for Sight, Gachibowli (Hyderabad)

Key Responsibilities
Counsel patients and their attendants regarding eye conditions, treatment options, and surgical procedures.
Explain the advantages, risks, costs, insurance, and payment options for procedures such as cataract, LASIK, retina, glaucoma, and other eye surgeries.
Convert doctor recommendations into confirmed surgeries by addressing patient concerns and objections.
Coordinate with doctors, optometrists, front office, billing, and OT teams for smooth patient flow.
Schedule surgeries and ensure all pre-operative documentation is complete.
Follow up with prospective patients through phone calls and messages to improve conversion rates.
Maintain accurate patient records, counselling notes, and daily MIS reports.
Ensure high levels of patient satisfaction and resolve complaints professionally.
Achieve monthly counselling, surgery conversion, and revenue targets while maintaining ethical patient care.

Preferred Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline (MBA/Healthcare Management preferred)
3 + years of experience in hospital counselling, healthcare sales, patient relationship management, or diagnostics
Experience in ophthalmology or multispecialty hospitals is an advantage.
