Job Description

1 Experience in Tool & dies CAM PROGRAMMING IN UG NX/DELCAM/TEBIS Software

2 Understand & Develop CNC programs for milling machine

3 Experience in 2D & 3D Programming

4 Experience in 3 axis &4 axis (5 axis will be an added advantage )

5 Knowledge of Solid-models, Step-files, Iges-files, read blueprints, sketches and drawings, GD&T.;

6 Should be proficient in Tool & Dies (Sheet metal) manufacturing process

7 Knowledge of Design software(Autocad,UG,Catia,Pro E)

8 Should have proper knowledge of setting, selection of cutting tools





9 Knowledge about TPM,Quality Tools,Problem solving methods

10 Should be solid in documentation process,programme development and subsequent revisions.

11 Should have Knowledge & Experience in MS office software
