Responsibilities
Conduct quality inspection and testing of EV components, sub-assemblies, and finished vehicles
Identify defects, non-conformances, and quality issues during production and take corrective action
Maintain quality control standards and ensure adherence to SOPs at all stages of production
Perform Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) of vehicles before dispatch
Document and report quality findings, rejection rates, and test results
Coordinate with the production team to minimize rejection and rework
Implement CAPA (Corrective Action & Preventive Action) for recurring quality issues
Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and company policies
Maintain calibration records of testing equipment and tools
Support in conducting internal quality audits and inspections
Assist in training junior technicians on quality standards and inspection procedures
Requirements
Diploma in Electrical / Electronics Engineering (Mandatory)
1 4 years of experience in Quality Control / Quality Assurance
Prior experience in EV 2-Wheeler industry (Preferred)
Robust knowledge of electrical components, circuits, and vehicle assembly
Familiarity with quality tools CAPA, 5S, SOP, PDI processes
Hands-on experience with testing instruments and quality equipment
Valuable analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
Knowledge of safety standards and compliance requirements
