Role & responsibilities
Welcome and assist customers in selecting jewellery.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
Achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
Explain product features, pricing, offers, and exchange policies.
Assist with billing, order booking, and payments.
Maintain attractive jewellery displays and showroom cleanliness.
Handle customer queries and resolve complaints professionally.
Support stock management and daily showroom operations.
Follow company policies for jewellery handling and security.
Work with team members to ensure smooth showroom operations.
Keep updated on current jewellery collections and products.

Eligibility
Graduate in any stream (12th Pass may also apply).
At least 1 year to 4 years experienced candidates are welcome.
