Key Responsibilities
Assist in design development and concept refinement
Prepare design drawings, layouts, and design documentation as required
Develop 3D models and high-quality visualizations using SketchUp or equivalent software such as Ensacpe and necessary AI models.
Experience on these is needed, with specific understanding (not generic)
Create mood boards, material palettes, and presentation decks
Participate in client meetings, understand project requirements, and coordinate internally to translate design concepts into practical solutions.
Research materials, finishes, furniture, and lighting options
Visit vendor showrooms and assist with product selection
Participate in periodic site visits for design review and coordination
Skills & Qualifications
Degree or diploma in Interior Design or a related field
Robust design sensibility and visual thinking
Working knowledge of SketchUp or equivalent 3D tools
Robust understanding of interior materials, finishes, construction detailing, and modular furniture systems
Ability to communicate design intent effectively through drawings, renders, and client presentations
Organized, detail-oriented, and cooperative in approach
Working Details
Working hours: Monday to Saturday, 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM
