Responsibilities
Develop and maintain solid relationships with customers to understand their financial needs and provide tailored solutions

Collaborate with the sales team to achieve branch-level business targets and contribute to the overall growth of the distribution network
Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a seamless banking experience for customers
Stay updated with market trends, regulatory changes, and industry best practices to enhance the banks offerings
Participate in training and development programs to continuously improve product knowledge and sales skills

Requirements
in a customer-facing role within the banking or financial services industry
Solid interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport and effectively engage with customers




Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service
Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills to identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions
