Key Responsibilities
Design, configure, and implement ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) solutions.
Gather and analyze HR business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Configure and customize HRSD components including:
HR Case Management
Employee Center (ESC)
HR Knowledge Management
HR Services
Lifecycle Events
Document Management
Develop and maintain workflows, Flow Designer solutions, and automation processes.
Configure HR service catalogs, record producers, and employee self-service portals.
Integrate ServiceNow HRSD with third-party HR systems such as:
Workday
SAP SuccessFactors
Oracle HCM
Active Directory
Develop reports, dashboards, and performance analytics for HR operations.
Implement and maintain security, roles, and data privacy controls.
Perform unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
Support platform upgrades, enhancements,



and production issue resolution.
Create technical documentation, configuration guides, and training materials.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful solution delivery.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Human Resources, Engineering, or related field.
4+ years of ServiceNow experience.
Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow HRSD implementation and support.
Solid understanding of HR processes and employee service management.
Experience with ServiceNow platform customization and configuration.
Knowledge of workflow automation and low-code development.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
