ESI & PF Management: Handle Employee State Insurance (ESI) and Provident Fund (PF) related accounting and ensure accurate contributions and deductions.
Daily Accounting Operations: Supervise and manage day -to -day accounting activities, including ledger maintenance, invoicing, and reconciliation.
Tally & Excel Proficiency: Utilize Tally and Excel for accounting tasks, including data entry, financial analysis, and report generation.
Team Collaboration: Work effectively within a team, providing guidance and support to junior accountants and collaborating with other departments as necessary.
Requirements
Qualifications:
A Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Proficiency in Tally and Microsoft Excel.
Robust knowledge of TDS, GST, ESI, PF, and account finalization.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
